All learning sessions are supported with substantial, detailed participant resource booklets.

Our materials are structured around 8 hours of interactive workshop time.

Learning programs are often customised by selecting related content areas and combining these into half-day programs, or other combinations allowing for extremely productive use of time in week-long residential retreats.
 

Your staff Professional Development program

For your organisation to obtain optimal results for any of Professional Performance Australia’s Professional Development training programs, it is suggested you contact us to discuss training proposals. Our experienced, qualified training personnel are available to conduct Professional Development training sessions throughout Australia and overseas. Training programs can be contextualised to suit your particular organisation.

Also, any of the many short courses described on this site can be combined with our self-paced Professional Development programs, discussed on our International Education Symposiums site.

Our programs can be conducted in your workplace or at other venues. Have you considered a “retreat” or a cruise to be part of the Professional Development training program for your staff. Do you have your own Training Department?

Perhaps you have your own Professional Development and Training Department. If so, our quality programs are still available for you to use in-house. The intellectual property value of our programs is high. Many, many hours of work, eons of practical experience and theoretical knowledge have gone into the development of them.

It is impossible for our personnel to deliver these quality programs in all locations. Our Directors have therefore decided to allow firms to purchase the right to use our programs in-house. We do have some requirements such as our copyright remaining intact on all documentation and PowerPoint presentations etc., and the training material can not be provided to any other organisation.

However, subject to your organisation agreeing with our requirements, any of the programs listed here will be made available to your organisation regardless of where in the world you are for AUD$250. This includes your organisation’s training facilitator’s copy of the programs’ PowerPoint Presentation(s) in addition to an electronic copy of the workbook(s) for participants.

Organisation’s purchasing five or more of our programs in the one transaction, will have this price discounted to AUD$200 per program. The full suite of programs can be purchased for AUD$5,000. With 52 programs currently in the suite, this works out at less than AUD$100 per program.
